All services provided by Florida Health Psychology are conducted via telepsychology (internet and video-telephone).

Florida Health Psychology is a group practice of Dr. Lawrence Feinstein PhD and Dr. Mark Mosk PhD. With over 30 years of expertise in clinical and health psychology, and behavioral medicine, we are dedicated to helping people with psychological conditions that interfere with their lives, relationships, health, and medical care. We provide treatment and support for people living with chronic medical conditions, and those who simply wish to prevent illness and improve their health and the health of their family.

We provide support to caregivers of people living with medical conditions to maintain balance in their lives, manage stress, and maximize the effectiveness of their efforts to help.

We offer individual, couples and family therapy for a variety of issues including disorders of aging; coping with cancer and neurocognitive disorders (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome); stroke recovery; health lifestyle behaviors and weight loss; stress management, work/life balance and corporate consulting; parenting issues; marital and family conflict; and depression, anxiety, and panic.

We provide counseling for marital and family conflict, parenting issues, court-ordered co-parenting counseling, and support for individuals and couples facing possible separation or divorce, and child-custody disputes.

Treatment modalities iclude Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and its variations (EFT, ACT), EMDR, and other approaches best indicated by presenting issues.

Care coordination with patients' physicians is central to our approach. Care coordination results in reduced anxiety and depression, better understanding of physicians' instructions, better medication adherence and regimen compliance, and ultimately improved quality of life and reduced hospital readmissions.

We accept most medical insurance including Medicare. We are in-network with Medicare, Evernorth / Cigna, HealthNet / MHN, and Carelon / Beacon. As a courtesy to our patients, especially seniors, we take care of all insurance billing.
